Commercial Product & Project Manager

About the role

ECFA Sh.a. is a fast‑growing micro‑credit institution seeking a Commercial Product & Project Manager to own commercial performance, optimise loan products and drive growth‑focused marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will blend product development, project leadership and retention strategy to deliver a seamless borrower experience.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, detailed business requirements for new products, campaigns, partnerships or system changes, translating commercial needs into actionable specs for Product, IT and Risk teams.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects: track milestones, manage dependencies, maintain a live tracker/roadmap, and resolve blockers without unnecessary escalation.
• Design and refine micro‑loan and consumer‑lending products, setting pricing, tenor, eligibility and campaign parameters based on data and market demand.
• Map and continuously optimise the borrower journey from application to disbursement, removing friction to improve conversion.
• Develop and execute retention programmes, re‑activation campaigns, referral initiatives and discount models that boost lifetime value while protecting margins.
• Align commercial targets with marketing strategy, translating growth goals into campaign briefs and overseeing promotional campaigns from concept to launch.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial products and projects within a financial‑services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret commercial data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of coordinating cross‑functional teams (Product, IT, Risk, Marketing).
• Results‑oriented attitude with a track record of delivering projects on time and achieving growth targets.
