Cloud Support Engineer

About the role

SICPA is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to operate its Digital Solutions platform and the underlying cloud infrastructure. You will ensure the environment runs smoothly, support the L1 team, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, upgrade, and manage cloud resources to guarantee business continuity.
• Perform configuration changes and deploy new releases.
• Handle incidents and service requests escalated from L1 support, tracking them in the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve incidents, and identify bugs or complex problems.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, document findings, and drive corrective actions.
• Escalate critical issues to L3 support when necessary.
• Maintain and enrich the knowledge base and assist with process documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant certifications such as AWS (advantageous) and ITIL (advantageous).
• Experience with cloud‑based application deployment, solution administration, and customer support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
