Channel Commission Technology Specialist

About the role

VOIS, the strategic arm of Vodafone Group, is looking for a Channel Commission Technology Specialist to join its team in Tirana. The role focuses on translating commercial commission requirements into accurate system configurations and ensuring timely, compliant payments.

Key responsibilities

• Review, calculate and analyse channel commissions, ensuring compliance with commercial, financial and operational policies.
• Translate commission scheme rules into system configurations and support their processing.
• Collaborate with compensation plan design teams and other departments to ensure plans are correctly set up in the calculation system.
• Evaluate commission payment outcomes and produce detailed comparative analyses.
• Identify potential issues through data and trend analysis, coordinate cross‑functional investigations and support evidence‑based conclusions.
• Develop, extract and maintain commission‑related reports and dashboards with consistent definitions.
• Process commission transactions within agreed service levels to guarantee accurate, timely payments.

Required profile

• Thorough understanding of compensation plan principles and end‑to‑end compensation processes.
• Experience in telecommunications is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to examine complex processes while keeping a strategic view.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise multiple information flows and meet agreed deadlines.
