Chanel Beauty Advisor (Cruise Ship)

About the role

Join Harding’s award‑winning onboard retail team as a Chanel Beauty Advisor. You will live and work on a cruise ship, delivering premium skincare, makeup and fragrance experiences to guests from around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance products to guests.
• Perform full make‑overs and product demonstrations, encouraging trial and purchase.
• Provide personalized product advice based on skin type, needs and preferences.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling and event participation.
• Support stock control, inventory management and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Chanel and cruise partner staff to plan and execute in‑store events and seminars.

Required profile

• Strong retail background with experience in premium beauty or fragrance products.
• Excellent face‑to‑face customer service and sales abilities.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a high‑pressure, changing environment.
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills.
• Team player who can adapt to life at sea.
