Booking & Operations Specialist - French Market

About the role

LimoLane is a digital mobility platform for premium business travel, with over 1,500 corporate clients across 500+ cities. It is looking for a Booking & Operations Specialist for its French market, reporting to the Country Manager Spain. The role sits in the international Operations team in Tirana, ensuring chauffeur services and corporate events in France run smoothly, and involves working with clients, chauffeurs, suppliers and international colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bookings end to end, from reservation and confirmation to service completion and follow-up.
• Coordinate with French-speaking chauffeurs, suppliers and local partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and verify booking details, schedules, manifests and operational documentation.
• Monitor live operations and handle delays, last-minute changes and unexpected situations.
• Support VIP transfers and corporate events, coordinating multiple vehicles, chauffeurs and schedules.
• Maintain high service quality and operational standards across the French market.
• Support service verification and the accuracy of information required for billing and invoicing.
• Monitor operational email communications and take ownership of requests through to resolution.
• Ensure a clear end-of-shift handover, communicating pending tasks, critical updates and priorities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Operations, Booking, Customer Service, Travel, Hospitality, Logistics or Events.
• Fluent French and strong professional English, written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and everyday digital communication tools.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication and coordination skills.
• Calm, practical and solution-oriented under pressure, able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proactive, reliable and with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in chauffeur services, premium travel, VIP services or event operations is a plus.
