Audit Support Analyst – Italian Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an Audit Support Analyst who can work with Italian‑speaking clients, analyse financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The role supports Deloitte’s audit teams in Albania, focusing on accounting and tax reviews under Italian regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Build working relationships with clients and perform analytical reviews of accounting and tax documents.
• Review clients’ accounts, operating procedures, and internal control systems.
• Perform high‑standard compliance controls and meet client expectations.
• Carry out quarterly reviews of ordinary accounting activities (verifiche trimestrali) to support audit controls.
• Prepare outputs and documentation for Deloitte’s reviews.
• Provide recommendations to improve company controls and efficiency.
• Ensure all activities are completed on time and in line with the work plan.

Required profile

• Graduated with a degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Results‑oriented, proactive and detail‑driven.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a multicultural team.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks with a flexible, motivated mindset.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Italian is preferred; Italian language courses will be offered.
