Albanian Speaking Support Associate (Full-Time)

About the role

Wolt, a global delivery platform operating in over 500 cities in 30 countries, is looking for full-time Customer Service Representatives (40 hours per week) to join its Support team in Tirana, Albania. The role involves communicating with customers by live chat or phone and helping keep delivery operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via live chat or over the phone using a Wolt tone of voice and adapting to the customer's tone.
• Ensure that delivery operations run smoothly.
• Help develop the support function together with the support team and other teams within Wolt.

Required profile

• Fluent Albanian and professional working proficiency in English.
• Located in Tirana.
• Great communication skills with a personal touch, customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset.
• Fast learner, comfortable multitasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts in mornings, evenings and weekends, including public holidays, since support is open seven days a week.
