Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Agent (24/7 Remote)

About the role

TBO.COM, an international travel technology company, is looking for a Spanish-speaking customer support agent to join its 24/7 remote team. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish. The role handles operational requests from travel agents and works in shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Handle online reservations for hotels, flights, car rentals and transfers, and coordinate offline requests with internal departments.
• Solve last-minute booking and case issues, receiving incoming calls from travel agents and managing reservations with special requests.
• Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals by making outgoing calls to agree on the best resolution.
• Work several online systems at once to serve travel agents and handle operational and administrative tasks from start to finish.

Required profile

• Fluent English and Spanish; service-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, patient and goal-oriented, able to solve problems and lead multiple tasks.
• Experience working B2B with travel agents or other business professionals in the industry.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, systems and company procedures.
• Willingness to work night, evening and weekend shifts.
