AI Senior Specialist – Generative & Agentic AI

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Senior Specialist to design, develop and deploy generative and agentic AI solutions that solve real business problems. The role blends hands‑on AI engineering, data pipeline creation, workflow orchestration and close collaboration with product owners and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and integrate generative AI, large language model, multimodal and advanced analytics solutions.
• Build and orchestrate agentic AI workflows, including single‑agent and multi‑agent patterns, tool use, memory, and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in partnership with product owners, engineers and data scientists.
• Develop scalable data and model pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering and model serving.
• Create REST APIs and cloud‑native microservices using Java, Spring Boot and related technologies.
• Implement responsible AI controls, data privacy, model governance and production monitoring.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes deployments and ensure reliable release management.
• Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to continuously improve AI solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering, AI development, machine‑learning engineering or cloud‑native software engineering.
• Proven track record delivering AI agents, models or end‑to‑end AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Python and AI/ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit‑learn.
• Experience with generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering and model performance optimization.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, workflow orchestration and API integration.
• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, GitHub and Jenkins.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud) and related AI/ML services.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
