Advisory Transaction Services Associate

About the role

Deloitte Albania is looking for an Advisory Transaction Services Associate to start a career in transaction advisory. The role involves complex financial due diligence projects for international companies, working alongside experienced professionals on international projects. The position sits within Deloitte's Advisory practice, with exposure to Financial Due Diligence and Corporate Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial due diligence projects for international clients.
• Analyse financial statements and business performance data.
• Assist in preparing financial analyses and transaction-related deliverables.
• Review historical and current financial performance of companies under evaluation.
• Prepare working files and documentation supporting due diligence engagements.
• Develop expertise in Deloitte's Transaction Services methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals across international teams and build technical knowledge in transactions, financial analysis and deal advisory.
• Deliver high-quality outputs while meeting project timelines.

Required profile

• Educational or professional background in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• Good understanding of financial statements and financial reporting.
• Proactive, results-oriented and eager to learn; comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to manage several priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
