Account Manager & Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Account Manager & Sales Executive to manage existing client relationships, develop long‑term partnerships, and drive sales of our platform services. The role blends account management, active selling, and client support to ensure customers get the most out of our solution.

Key responsibilities

• Instruct and assist clients in using the platform effectively.
• Present and sell company services to both potential and existing customers.
• Create and maintain accurate business profiles on the platform.
• Follow internal liquidation and payment procedures.
• Maintain continuous communication with business administrators.
• Guide prospects from first contact through to sale closure.
• Update the database and CRM with precise information.
• Build long‑term relationships to increase collaboration and revenue.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, account management or customer support (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and adherence to processes.
• Basic familiarity with online platforms and CRM tools.
• Result‑oriented with a focus on meeting monthly targets.
• Ability to establish professional relationships with businesses.
