Account Manager – Partnerships & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Account Manager to own the full partnership lifecycle, bridging business development and relationship management from prospecting to long‑term optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach high‑potential partners aligned with the company’s global strategy.
• Manage the complete sales cycle – outreach, negotiation, contract signing and onboarding.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts to drive retention, upsells and revenue growth.
• Monitor partner performance data, resolve issues and uncover new vertical opportunities.
• Conduct competitive research to capture market trends and expand the partner portfolio.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, sales or marketing (affiliate experience a plus).
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with campaign forecasting and performance data analysis.
• Disciplined, proactive and able to handle high‑pressure sales cycles.
• Degree in Economics, Accounting or a related analytical field.
• Motivated by high‑performance environments and professional growth.
