Account Manager (Agjent Shitje) – Durrës

About the role

VAS Group – Hospitality is seeking an energetic Account Manager (Sales Agent) to develop and manage relationships with partner hotels in Durrës and the surrounding coastal area. The role combines field visits, partnership development and contract management within the hospitality and tourism sector.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partner hotels in Durrës.
• Identify and acquire new hotel partners in the region.
• Negotiate, coordinate and monitor the implementation of commercial contracts.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to provide support and assess partner needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure agreement compliance.
• Track portfolio performance and propose initiatives to improve results.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Resident of Durrës.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism or similar sales/ client‑management roles (preferred).
• Excellent command of English (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organizational skills and results‑oriented mindset.
