About the role
Join an international team dedicated to the Italian, French and German travel markets. As a Travel Booking Agent you will turn your passion for travel into a professional service, assisting customers with reservations and providing support throughout the booking process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage travel reservations and related tourism services.
- Assist clients during all phases of the booking journey.
- Provide telephone and email support to customers.
- Handle back‑office activities linked to reservations.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in one of the following languages: Italian, French or German.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail, reliability and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly wage of 400 ALL for the Italian market and 550 ALL for the French and German markets, plus a performance bonus of 10 000 ALL.
