Telemarketing Operator – Italian Language (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Operator who speaks Italian at C1 level to join a prestigious international perfume and beauty company. The position is fully remote and focuses on inbound and outbound sales calls.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, promote and sell products, and close sales over the phone.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and follow up on requests and issues.
• Record and update customer information in the relevant systems.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a professional, customer‑focused approach.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in telemarketing, call centre, telesales, sales or customer service.
• Italian language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion and target‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
