Senior Architect

About the role

AGIKONS Sh.p.k, a 30‑year‑old construction company in Albania, is looking for a Senior Architect to lead design and implementation of building projects from concept to execution. The role involves close collaboration with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure high‑quality, compliant constructions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, create detailed plans and specifications, and schedule project delivery milestones.
• Ensure compliance with current laws, regulations, and technical documentation standards for residential, hotel, healthcare, educational, and industrial projects.
• Communicate design intent to clients, inspect construction sites, and approve materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with engineering, urban planning, and construction teams, supervising architectural and mechanical designers throughout all project phases.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong creative and artistic sense, high attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/non‑verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset to identify process improvements and drive innovation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of MS Office suite.
• Professional competence in 2‑D/3‑D modeling.
