About the role

Texas Development is seeking a full‑time Construction Engineer to supervise and coordinate works on its building sites in Tirana. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are executed according to technical documentation, contracts, quality standards and applicable legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on‑site activities, guaranteeing compliance with design, technical specifications and contractual obligations.
• Prepare, manage and archive all technical‑legal documentation related to the projects.
• Monitor quality and safety performance on the construction site, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Plan and coordinate work fronts with contractors and technical teams, ensuring deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing or supervising construction works.
• Strong knowledge of Albanian construction legislation, VKM regulations and current technical standards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
