Real Estate Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Tirana, supporting clients through the full property sales cycle. You will act as the main point of contact for buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth, transparent experience from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers and present suitable properties.
• Organise property viewings, follow up with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare basic sales documentation and keep accurate records in the CRM or internal systems.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support listings, promotions and closings.
• Handle client inquiries promptly, providing clear information on properties, pricing and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on local market trends and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills to engage clients and address concerns.
• Proven sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiation and closing, to meet individual and team targets.
• Experience in real‑estate or a similar client‑facing sales environment is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tirana, manage multiple client interactions and maintain organized sales records.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems; willingness to learn company‑specific platforms.
• Fluency in Albanian and good working knowledge of English.
