Qlik Sense Developer

About the role

USEngineering Albania, part of the Engineering Group, is seeking a Qlik Sense Developer / Reporting Specialist on a B2B cooperation basis. The role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualisations with Qlik Sense.
• Develop and optimise data models, integrations and reporting solutions.
• Automate administrative and operational tasks using Microsoft PowerShell.
• Track and document activities through Atlassian Jira.
• Maintain and enhance existing Qlik environments for performance and reliability.
• Create and manage reporting distribution processes using NPrinting.
• Contribute to platform governance, documentation and best‑practice adoption.
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution and performance optimisation of BI applications.
• Participate in agile delivery using tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Qlik Sense development and administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience working with Atlassian Jira for task and project management.
• Fluent Italian communication skills.
