Portuguese‑Speaking Property Manager (Virtual Assistant)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, Portuguese‑speaking Virtual Assistant to support our expanding property management operations. You will work remotely, handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication between guests, owners, and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for property management activities.
• Manage guest communications in English and Portuguese.
• Assist with reservations, inquiries, and booking management across platforms.
• Coordinate with property owners, cleaners, and maintenance teams.
• Update calendars and booking platforms to reflect accurate availability.
• Perform general virtual assistant duties and other administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
• Background in property management or short‑term rentals.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb.
• Hands‑on experience with Booking.com.
• Familiarity with Hostaway (optional).
