IT Project Manager (German language)

About the role

Deloitte Technology is looking for an IT Project Manager who can drive the digitalisation of business processes within corporate functions. You will act as the bridge between business units and IT service providers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute IT (sub‑)projects independently, including budget responsibility.
• Assess requirements against IT strategy, architecture and compliance standards.
• Lead diverse project teams, moderate committees and steering groups, and present complex IT topics to senior stakeholders.
• Apply both classical and agile project management methods as needed.
• Support continuous improvement of project management methodologies, primarily Scrum/agile.

Required profile

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in classical and/or agile IT project management.
• Preferably certified as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Hands‑on mentality, conflict‑resolution ability, analytical strength and structured working style.
• Very good English; German is a plus but not mandatory.
