About the role

The HR Junior Operations Specialist is an entry‑level position that provides administrative and operational support to the Central European regional operations team. You will help ensure efficient, accurate HR processes across the employee lifecycle, contributing to a smooth and compliant HR experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS.
• Process data‑maintenance requests and perform data entry according to provided guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure data accuracy and hygiene.
• Support internal communications for onboarding and off‑boarding activities.
• Generate reports and analyse HR data to aid decision‑making.
• Collaborate on process‑improvement initiatives.
• Share knowledge and best practices with teammates.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and duties.
