Recruitment Partner – Remote Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our small, fully‑remote team. You will act as an equal partner to founders and business owners, guiding them through hiring decisions across a variety of technical and non‑technical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process: onboarding calls, client briefings, candidate shortlists and final offers.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing Specialist to build high‑quality shortlists and step in to source when needed.
• Conduct deep research on clients, markets and roles to provide informed advice.
• Interview candidates, manage feedback loops and keep all parties informed throughout the process.
• Provide candid guidance on salary expectations, spec feasibility and market realities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of agency recruiting experience with international clients (USA, UK, Europe).
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with founders and business owners.
• Strong ownership mindset, detail‑orientation and a drive for continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Workable ATS proficiency.
• Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing expertise.
• AI‑assisted sourcing and evaluation.

• Monthly salary of $3,000–$3,500 (gross).
• Fully remote, full‑time contract with flexible core hours (8 AM–5 PM CET).
