Full‑time Internal Lecturer – Finance & Banking (Academic Staff)

About the role

University “Luarasi” is seeking a full‑time internal lecturer for the Finance & Banking Department within the Faculty of Economics for the 2025‑2026 academic year. The successful candidate will teach Bachelor and Master programmes, develop curricula, and support students academically.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and seminars in subjects covered by the Finance‑Banking or Economics department.
• Prepare lesson plans, academic programmes and assessment materials.
• Conduct research and scholarly work in finance and economics.
• Supervise diploma theses and provide academic advising to students.
• Participate actively in departmental and university scientific projects and activities.

Required profile

• Albanian citizenship with full civil capacity.
• Relevant professional qualifications (minimum MSc, preferably PhD) in economics, finance or related fields.
• At least two years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a team, communicate professionally and maintain high teaching quality.
• No criminal record and satisfactory health condition.
