About the role

The Hotel Structure Director will lead the daily operational management of the hotel, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Coordinate core departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Sales and HR.
• Monitor service quality at every guest touchpoint and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Control cleanliness, maintenance, presentation of facilities and overall operational readiness.
• Lead operational meetings with department heads to track tasks, issues and objectives.
• Track reservations, occupancy, pricing, revenue and daily performance metrics.
• Manage the operational budget, control costs and optimise expenditures.
• Analyse key performance indicators including occupancy, revenue, costs, guest satisfaction and staff productivity.
• Recruit, train, orient and motivate managerial and operational staff while enforcing discipline and procedures.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all hotel departments.
• Collaborate with suppliers, partners and third‑party vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory, supplies and operational needs, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and legal standards.
• Prepare periodic reports on operational and financial performance for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement, cost reduction and revenue growth.

Required profile

• University degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Previous senior management experience in hotels (e.g., General Manager, Operations Manager, Hotel Manager).
• Strong leadership, organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven experience in staff management and team building.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational issues in real time.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, cost control and revenue analysis.
• High focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
