Customer Support Consultant – English (C1) – Remote

About the role

Join a global leader in Intelligent Support-as-a-Service and provide top‑tier assistance to customers worldwide. You will work remotely, handling chat and phone interactions in English while collaborating with a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via chat and calls.
• Assist customers with billing, usage questions, technical issues and bugs.
• Respond to inquiries within established SLAs and follow precise procedures.
• Explain platform features, policies and expectations to ensure quick resolutions.
• Escalate complex or high‑priority issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Research missing information and proactively propose solutions.

Required profile

• Excellent English (C1) – spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
• Proven experience handling phone calls and chat interactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, adaptability and independent work skills.
• Professional, clear and empathetic communication style.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to high‑quality service.
• Personal laptop (≥8 GB RAM) and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
