Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and work on modern projects for global brands. You will translate business needs into functional specifications, design strategic solutions and support the full software development life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and produce clear functional specifications.
• Design and implement strategic solutions to business problems.
• Facilitate implementation, monitor outcomes and ensure project elements stay on schedule and within scope.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
• Develop progress reports and oversee test management activities.
• Participate in the entire SDLC, from initial requirements through user acceptance testing and documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in an ICT‑related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong documentation abilities.
• Proficient business English.
