B2B Service Agent - French

About the role

The B2B Service Agent will primarily handle back‑office activities, supporting French‑speaking B2B clients and merchants for AUTO1 Group’s used‑car marketplace. The role includes tracking payments, following related processes, and occasionally making phone calls to clarify issues or provide assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide back‑office support to French‑speaking B2B customers and merchants.
• Monitor and follow up on payments and related transactional processes.
• Conduct phone communication when needed to resolve queries or support payment follow‑up.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, back‑office, administration or similar roles.
• Excellent French language skills (advantage) and good English proficiency.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication with clients and merchants.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
