Advisory Associate – Transaction Services (Italian Department)

About the role

Deloitte Albania is expanding its Transaction Services team and seeks an Advisory Associate for the Italian Department. You will support financial due‑diligence engagements for international clients, gaining exposure to a variety of industries and Deloitte’s proven methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of Deloitte’s Transaction Services approach, methodology and tools.
• Perform financial statement analysis and assist in due‑diligence work for international companies.
• Prepare work files, financial data summaries and performance analyses for the Financial Due Diligence scope.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues, receive coaching and progressively take on more autonomous tasks.
• Deliver high‑quality outputs within agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• Academic or professional background in Finance or Accounting with solid knowledge of financial statements and reporting.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset, results‑oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team and manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn from experienced colleagues in a dynamic environment.
