Account Manager – Short-Term Rental Revenue Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our fast‑growing short‑term rental team. You will act as the main point of contact for property owners, develop revenue‑optimisation strategies and help maximise occupancy, ADR and overall portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary liaison.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and demand patterns.
• Manage pricing, availability and restrictions across multiple booking channels.
• Utilise revenue‑management platforms such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse or Beyond Pricing.
• Prepare and present performance reports (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue insights).
• Collaborate with operations, guest communications and marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, revenue management or short‑term rental operations.
• Proven track record of managing revenue strategies for vacation rentals or hospitality portfolios.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and reporting tools.
