Content Marketer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Content Marketer to drive organic growth for established educators, experts and creator‑led personal brands. The role goes beyond simple posting – you will design and execute content strategies that expand audiences, boost engagement, generate qualified leads and increase sales across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Own the organic content strategy on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Develop and publish content that grows audience, engagement, leads and sales.
• Transform expert knowledge, frameworks and niche positioning into high‑performing, scroll‑stopping content.
• Research trends, creators, formats, hooks and competitor content to generate fresh ideas.
• Script short‑ and long‑form video, create storyboards and produce visual assets using Canva or similar tools.
• Write engaging posts, captions, newsletters, email sequences and conversion‑focused copy.
• Create carousels, graphics and thumbnails.
• Build lead magnets and ManyChat automations to capture and nurture leads.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, ideation, scripting, copywriting and design workflows.
• Track content and funnel performance, analyse results and continuously optimise.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing organic social media and personal brands, preferably for creators, educators, coaches or experts.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Excellent content strategy and copywriting abilities, with a solid grasp of hooks, storytelling and direct‑response techniques.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and iterate.
• Proactive, creative and highly organised, able to own end‑to‑end organic growth in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
