Tour Guide & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to join our team in Tirana as a Tour Guide & Operations Coordinator. In this full-time position you will be the key link between our travelers, tour guides, drivers and partners, ensuring that each tour runs smoothly and creates unforgettable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, select and schedule tour guides for daily tours.
• Organise and monitor the execution of tours, including routes, timings and logistics.
• Manage operational details such as guide availability, driver coordination and partner communication.
• Communicate promptly with guides, drivers and external partners to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
• Track tour performance, collect feedback and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communicator in English.
• Passionate about travel, tourism and creating memorable experiences.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Albania and the Balkans is a strong advantage.
