About the role
We are looking for a motivated Technical Installer to join our field sales team in Tirana. You will represent the largest telecommunications provider in Albania, promoting and installing telecom solutions directly with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Visit client locations across Tirana to present and install telecom products.
- Manage your own schedule, ensuring flexibility and optimal coverage of the territory.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into installations.
- Provide on‑site technical support and troubleshoot basic installation issues.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and installations.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
- Willingness to travel within the Tirana area daily.
