About the role
We are looking for a dynamic field sales technician to join the largest telecom operator in Albania. The role involves visiting customers, promoting telecom services, and performing basic installations, all with a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned territory to meet potential customers.
- Present and sell telecom products and services.
- Perform basic installation and configuration of telecom equipment.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn commissions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Motivation to achieve high earnings.
- Basic technical aptitude for installing telecom equipment.
