About the role
The Site Engineer will oversee construction activities on‑site, ensuring that all works comply with approved technical and legal documentation. The role involves coordinating daily, weekly and monthly work plans and monitoring subcontractors and on‑site teams.
Key responsibilities
- Review the validity of technical‑legal documentation against an approved checklist.
- Examine execution drawings, preventive plans and technical specifications, noting any deficiencies.
- Develop and present daily, weekly and monthly work schedules for discussion and approval.
- Apply construction methodology, recommending optimal options to achieve the work schedule.
- Monitor and track the performance of subcontractors, work groups and individual workers.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with execution plans, preventive measures, technical specifications and standards.
- Organise and coordinate on‑site processes, adhering strictly to technical system rules.
Required profile
- University degree in Civil/Construction Engineering.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in site engineering or similar construction roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards and documentation procedures.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
