Structural / Geotechnical / Transport Engineer

About the role

LLAZO is seeking a full‑time Structural, Geotechnical and Transport Engineer to join its multidisciplinary team in Tirana. The position is hybrid, allowing a mix of on‑site work and remote tasks while contributing to complex infrastructure and building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review structural, geotechnical, and transport solutions for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and feasibility studies.
• Analyze site data and ensure designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability goals.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones, support risk assessments, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and perform technical calculations.
• Clear professional communication skills for collaboration with clients and partners.
• Operations‑management mindset to help coordinate activities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Transport Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with Albanian construction, infrastructure or transport projects is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using Revit.
• Knowledge of Tekla or similar structural/geotechnical modeling tools.
• Understanding of relevant design codes and engineering standards.
