Senior Full Stack Developer – PWA & Modern Web Technologies

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and deliver modern web applications, with a strong focus on Progressive Web Apps (PWA). The role involves end‑to‑end development, from front‑end UI to back‑end services, and integration with existing relational databases and legacy systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop modern web applications based on PWA architecture.
• Build responsive user interfaces using Vue, React or Svelte.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js (Express or similar).
• Design, implement and manage relational databases such as Firebird, MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Implement offline‑first logic and data synchronization.
• Debug, test and optimise application performance.
• Collaborate with the team to define architecture and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and curiosity to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Italian language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to learn basic Delphi syntax for reading/writing non‑SQL data.

Required skills

• Modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Vue, React or Svelte (preferably Vue).
• Node.js development, preferably with Express.
• Relational database knowledge (Firebird, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• REST API design and authentication mechanisms (JWT, sessions).
• Git version control.
• Understanding of PWA concepts (service workers, caching, offline support).
• Basic knowledge of Docker or containerised environments (preferred).
• Basic Delphi for data access (mandatory).
