Scrum Master – Retail Banking (Tirana)

About the role

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our retail banking teams in Tirana. You will guide the Agile process, ensuring that sprints are planned, executed, and delivered on time while fostering a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners to define and refine user stories.
• Coordinate closely with retail and banking stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment.
• Monitor sprint progress, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the team in adhering to Scrum principles and Agile best practices.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience leading Agile teams and managing conflicts.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is an advantage.
