Travel Specialist

Savatours is looking for a motivated Travel Specialist to join our team! If you’re passionate about tourism, enjoy communicating with customers, and are eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you. Previous experience is welcome, but not required.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell travel packages through online channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Prepare personalised offers and manage reservations.
• Prepare sales and booking reports as needed.
• Keep customer and booking records accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with the team to support daily operations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using digital tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of English.
• A proactive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
