Travel Agent – Italian Speaking

About the role

BizAway is looking for an Italian‑speaking Travel Agent to join its fast‑growing B2B travel‑management team. You will act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, handling reservations and inquiries through our platform and partner providers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify travel bookings (flights, hotels, cars, trains) using BizAway’s platform and GDS tools.
• Respond to client requests via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in the system.
• Explain platform usage, service rules, and travel policies to clients.
• Work shift schedules, including night shifts when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care or travel‑agency environments.
• Strong written and spoken Italian (B2 level or higher).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment testing and background checks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS systems or comparable travel‑booking software.
