Telecommunications Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Telecommunications Engineer to design, configure, and maintain communication systems for our clients. The role involves hands‑on work with installation, testing, and ongoing support to ensure reliable network performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure telecommunications systems to meet technical and operational requirements.
• Support installation and testing of communication infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine maintenance, system upgrades, and troubleshoot signal degradation and connectivity issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, as‑built drawings, and maintenance reports while ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in telecommunications engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Albanian and English.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work both independently and within a team.
