About the role
The Tailor will work full‑time on‑site in Tirana, constructing, altering and finishing garments to meet Simovska’s brand standards and client expectations. The role involves close collaboration with design and sales teams and direct interaction with customers during fittings.
Key responsibilities
- Perform dressmaking, precise tailoring, fittings and adjustments to ensure excellent fit and comfort.
- Manage alteration timelines, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and uphold high craftsmanship standards.
Required profile
- Strong tailoring and dressmaking experience, especially in women’s fashion or luxury apparel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for professional client interactions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with sewing machines and related tailoring tools.
- Expertise in garment construction, alterations, measuring, pinning and custom fitting.
