Store Manager (Kierownik / Kierowniczka Sklepu)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team, drive sales performance and ensure an outstanding customer experience. The role involves overseeing daily operations, motivating staff and collaborating closely with the regional manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, support and motivate the entire store team to achieve sales targets.
• Organise both personal workload and the workflow of the team.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
• Analyse sales data continuously and report results.
• Handle non‑standard situations with effective decision‑making.
• Cooperate with the regional manager on strategic initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard and train new employees.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum two years of experience managing a team.
• Motivated with a positive attitude toward daily challenges.
• Proven ability to organise personal and team work.
• At least two years in a similar role (manager or deputy manager).
• Capability to work under pressure.
