Store Advisor (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Store Advisor on a 1‑year maternity cover contract. You will work in a retail environment, representing Vodafone’s brand and helping customers discover the best connectivity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets set by the company.
• Promote Vodafone products and services according to commercial priorities.
• Build customer loyalty through excellent service and follow‑up on complaints.
• Implement company procedures and policies accurately.
• Ensure proper archiving of documents and report any operational issues in the shop.

Required profile

• Business university degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail or telecom setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work towards set targets.
• Good command of Albanian; English is a plus.
• Understanding of the telecom market and basic business concepts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
