About the role

Megatek, the largest DIY hypermarket in Albania, is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The role supports the HR department in attracting, selecting, and onboarding talent to meet the company’s staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Publish and administer job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels.
• Actively source and identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with department managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Track hiring progress and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare periodic recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles and requirements.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the HR Director.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar recruitment role.
• Experience working in a company with more than 300 employees.
• Preferably holds a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high‑volume workloads.
• Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level).

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• English language proficiency (B2/C1).
