About the role

Roadway Moving is seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage inbound communications, influencer partnerships, and community engagement across multiple platforms. The role is execution‑focused, requiring fast, accurate handling of inquiries and coordination with marketing, sales, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to inbound DMs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Qualify, route, and track influencer and partnership leads, drafting offers per marketing guidance.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, and promotional details, ensuring accuracy before handoff.
• Maintain tracking sheets, calendars, and organize influencer‑generated content for posting.
• Use Sprout Social to monitor social conversations, especially on Reddit, flagging reputation issues and emerging trends.
• Support community management by engaging with comments and posts across platforms.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably social media support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and work weekends during busy periods.
• Proactive, reliable, and accountable work style with willingness to learn new skills.
