About the role

We are looking for a fast‑paced, trend‑driven Social Media Manager to lead growth and content execution for top digital talent and personal brands. The role focuses on scaling high‑engagement social channels and driving top‑of‑funnel traffic toward private subscriber communities and direct‑to‑fan platforms, especially for influencers in the fan‑service industry.

Key responsibilities

• Creator Brand Growth: Manage and execute growth strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and short‑form platforms for creator profiles.
• Funnel Optimization: Build organic content funnels that convert social viewers into platform subscribers.
• Content Editing & Hooks: Edit short‑form video content, craft high‑retention hooks, and stay on top of daily viral trends and aesthetic styles.
• Platform Health: Maintain strict adherence to platform TOS while maximizing reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Data & Analytics: Track daily video performance, retention curves, and link‑in‑bio click‑through rates.

Required profile

• Demonstrated history of scaling social accounts for creators, influencers, or direct‑to‑consumer brands.
• Strong short‑form video editing skills with a sharp visual aesthetic.
• Deep knowledge of creator funnels, link‑in‑bio mechanics, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑moving agency setting.
