SEO & Content Specialist

About the role

Publer is looking for an analytical and results‑driven SEO & Content Specialist to lead its organic growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will turn SEO into a primary acquisition channel for the SaaS platform, helping more users discover Publer through search.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Publer’s overall SEO strategy, from keyword research to technical optimisation.
• Create high‑quality, SEO‑friendly blog posts, landing pages and website copy.
• Plan and manage content calendars using topic clusters to boost topical authority.
• Optimise existing pages, internal linking, metadata and on‑page elements to improve rankings and conversions.
• Design and run link‑building campaigns to increase domain authority.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues in collaboration with the development team.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, CTR, conversions and other key metrics, reporting performance and prioritising actions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay current with Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices.
• Excellent written English with the ability to produce engaging, optimized content.
• Data‑driven mindset, capable of turning analytics into actionable recommendations.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Effective communicator who works well within a cross‑functional marketing team.
