About the role
We are seeking a proactive Senior Project Manager to join a client’s team in Albania. You will lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations while driving high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver projects within defined scope and manage any scope changes.
- Control project schedules and costs to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Achieve customer satisfaction targets and contribute to the client’s NPS score.
- Guarantee that all deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to optimise resource utilisation and improve productivity/profit per employee ratios.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
- Proven experience managing projects, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
