Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver modern web applications, with a strong emphasis on Progressive Web Apps (PWA). The candidate will work on projects from conception to production, handling both front‑end and back‑end tasks and integrating with relational databases and legacy systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive user interfaces using Vue, React or Svelte.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js (Express or similar).
• Design, implement and manage relational databases such as Firebird, MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Implement offline‑first logic, service‑worker caching and data synchronization.
• Debug, test and optimise application performance.
• Collaborate with the team to define architecture and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Fluent Italian (minimum B2 level).
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, including basic Delphi for legacy data access.

Required skills

• Modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with at least one framework: Vue, React or Svelte (Vue preferred).
• Node.js backend development (Express or similar).
• RESTful API design and authentication (JWT, sessions).
• Relational database knowledge (Firebird, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Basic Git version‑control workflow.
• Understanding of PWA concepts (service workers, caching, offline support).
